Yes, I would like to register for an NDT training program at TXNDT Academy. I understand that once this application is submitted that a representative from TXNDT Academy will contact me to confirm my date choices and payment information. Cancellation Policy: There will be a 10% Cancellation fee for all cancelled classes. There will be no refunds for classes within 7 days of the start of a class, student may reschedule.
